These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, applications, automation engines, API & Webhook integrations, AI chatbots, and automated data workflows. By creating an account, connecting external tools, or triggering any automation scenario, you legally agree to adhere to these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope

This agreement encompasses all solutions provided by our platform, including building automated workflows, connecting third-party platforms via OAuth and APIs (such as Google APIs, Meta / Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp APIs, TikTok API, Snapchat API, X / Twitter API, LinkedIn API, and CRMs), and processing incoming/outgoing Webhook payloads. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the platform or activating automated workflows.

2. Description of Automation Services

Our platform provides advanced capabilities enabling users to build and run intelligent automation scenarios, including automated messaging responses, cross-platform social content distribution, real-time database and CRM syncing, report generation, and automated record triggers. You retain full responsibility for configuring workflow logic, setting trigger criteria, and defining payload parameters.

3. Accounts, OAuth Tokens & API Key Security

Utilizing advanced automation features requires account authentication and authorization via OAuth tokens or user-generated API keys. You explicitly pledge to:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of your API keys, secrets, and OAuth access tokens, preventing unauthorized exposure.
  • Accept sole responsibility for all automated operations, data transactions, and messages dispatched under your credentials.
  • Immediately notify the platform if you suspect any compromise of your API keys or webhook endpoints.

4. Acceptable Use & Fair Automation Policy

We strictly maintain a safe, high-integrity environment. You are expressly forbidden from utilizing our automation engines or APIs for:

  • Spam & Unsolicited Messaging: Sending automated bulk spam, uninvited broadcast messages, or violating platform messaging guidelines (Google, Meta, WhatsApp, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn).
  • Malicious & Fraudulent Activities: Executing unauthorized web scraping, payload spoofing, malware distribution, or launching Denial of Service (DDoS) loops.
  • Third-Party Terms Infringement: Violating explicit API guidelines set forth by connected partners including Google API Services User Data Policy, Meta Developer Policies, TikTok Developer Terms, Snapchat API Guidelines, X (Twitter) Developer Agreement, and LinkedIn API Policies.

5. API Rate Limits & Resource Quotas

To maintain high availability and performance across automation clusters, the platform enforces API rate limits, concurrency limits, and payload size thresholds. We reserve the right to throttle, pause, or suspend any automated scenario that exceeds fair usage quotas or causes server instability.

6. Reliance on Third-Party APIs & External Services

Certain automation workflows depend on third-party API providers (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X / Twitter, LinkedIn, OpenAI, Payment Gateways, CRMs). We are not liable for external API deprecations, rate limit enforcement by third parties, policy changes, or outages originating from external providers.

7. Intellectual Property & User Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data, payload content, and custom business logic configured within your automated workflows. The platform retains exclusive intellectual property rights to the underlying automation engine, UI, codebase, and algorithms.

8. Limitation of Liability & SLA Disclaimer

Automation services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for lost profits, business disruption, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from failed triggers, delayed webhooks, or misconfigured user workflows.

9. Suspension & Termination of Automations

We reserve the right to immediately pause, disable, or terminate any user account or automated workflow without prior notice if we detect violations of these terms, fraudulent API usage, abuse of rate limits, or spam complaints.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically to align with evolving automation technologies and legal requirements. Continued use of our platform following updated postings constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.
